Ralph is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 25 years of experience assisting and advising multinational companies with India setup and outsourcing. Ralph’s extensive experience, advising an array of clients on setting up and managing their India operations and advising/ managing accounting outsourcing projects, helps his clients make quick and hassle-free progress with their India plans. His personal approach and his reputation for integrity has helped build long-lasting partnerships with clients.

Prasad heads RRA’s Global Accounting Outsourcing Services team, focused on providing outsourced accounting services to clients. He brings over 25 years of experience to his role, including 9 years with Dell and 8 years with the Swiss Engineering Multinational ABB.
With long stints in Fortune 500 companies, building processes/structure for a variety of outsourcing projects and managing teams across geographies, he has a unique edge while advising clients and implementing outsourced accounting projects.
Deepa Bhatia
(Senior Advisor New Initiatives)
Deepa spent 20+ years in the Big 4 before joining RRA. She was in PWC for 6 years where she headed the Entity Governance and Compliance team (EGC) at the National Level and lead the Regulatory Practice for PWC (South India). Prior to that she was with E&Y for 17 years, where she was Director (Tax and Regulatory). Deepa is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a degree in Law.
Deepa’s unique background and expertise derived from her years of assisting and advising Global Companies on Tax and Regulatory issues gives her a unique perspective while advising MNC companies with their India expansion, acquisition and restructuring strategies.
Deepa heads RRA’s India Setup & Management Services and is also driving the firm’s new initiatives.
